First Week

Before my first session on wednesday we were asked to bring in a photograph of a dog and a photograph of a machine, aswell as 5 peices of work we were 'very proud of.' The work that I chose to take in wasnt exactly my best work but there was something in each one that I'm proud of.

 These were just sketches from photosgraphs. Drawing faces is a big weakness for me. I find it really difficult drawing people, faces in particular so I'm quite happy with how these turned out.

 This was done really quickly over summer. I'd seen some work by some guy on a blog but he'd done it all on photoshop, so i decided to try by hand.

 I dont know how I feel about this peice. I like it but I was testing out the watercolours. I think the colours need to be more vibrant and eye-catching, but overal I think it was a success.

The painting above I did for my sister. I suprised myself at how I was able to paint them so accurately! It's now framed and being proudly displayed in my sisters living room :)
